Our Marketing Coordinator will help you promote your open houses, finalize deals under contract, and advertise your sold homes. They’ll also support you with everyday marketing and print materials.

Client Care Manager

Our Client Care Manager will streamline your transaction from contract to close and keep track of key dates and deadlines.

Training and Education

For newer agents, we offer an in-depth on-boarding program focused on:

  • Business milestones, income goals, and marketing plans

  • Role playing, script practice and prospecting

  • Role shadowing and "in the field" practice

  • Training on our customer relationship management platform, Sierra Interactive

  • Automated workflows, action plans, and maximizing day-to-day operations

  • Assist with growing and maximizing your sphere of influence 

  • Managing transaction workflows
