We are a small team and we intend to stay that way. We are not looking to grow headcount. We are looking for the right person.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Ontario agent who is coachable and genuinely interested in the seniors and downsizing space. You do not need to have worked this niche before. You do need to understand why it matters and want to build something sustainable within it.

We work well with agents who are one to five years into their careers and ready to grow with a real platform behind them. We also work with experienced agents who have hit a ceiling elsewhere and want to be somewhere they can make a real contribution.

What we are not looking for: someone who wants to operate independently of the team culture, or who is primarily motivated by split structure. If that is you, this is probably not the right fit. No hard feelings either way.
